Join Vee and Ariana for a beautiful, heart opening cacao ceremony followed by a reiki sound bath. Together we will sip on this sacred medicine prepared by with loving intention by Vee. She will guide the group through a relaxing meditation and gentle heart opening flow. Ariana will move throughout the space and give reiki energy. We will finish with a grounding sound bath savasana including crystal bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum.

Sound Meditation is an excellent complement to other holistic wellness modalities such as yoga, massage, energy work, and ceremonies. Instruments will be provided for hands-on practice, but you are welcome to bring your own. No prior experience or musical ability required!
Participants will be fully certified to teach Sound Meditation and receive a certificate upon completion of this course. This training is Yoga Alliance accredited. Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers (RYTs) can receive 12 Contact Hours toward their Continuing Education (CE) requirement. Led by Christian Reid RYT500/YACEP. Open to everyone.

About Christian:
Christian has been teaching Sound Meditation since 2016 when he was certified as a Sound Meditation Instructor by Giselle Abadie. Since then, he has led sound baths, workshops, retreats, and lectures at yoga studios, yoga teacher trainings, for corporate wellness, mental health and drug treatment programs, and private sessions. Christian developed and led Orange County's first Sound Meditation Teacher Training in 2018 and has led 4 trainings since then with over 50 graduates. Balancing Energy Sound Journey

Our evening will provide you with a combination of Reiki, a Sound Bath, Guided Meditation, and the time to assist with rebalancing your energy while soaking in the sounds of ancient healing instruments. You will be guided through a gentle balancing meditation, then relax into the experience of the Sound Bath. During the sound bath, you will receive Reiki healing energy that can help move blockages, release pain in the body and promote general well-being. Crystal offering will be provided.
Reiki is also known as Universal Life Force Energy and is a Japanese relaxation technique of energy healing that can help move and shift energy within your body
A Sound Bath is another form of healing and relaxation that is auditory and can enhance the movement of blockages within your body. There will be a number of different instruments played during the experience to help guide your mind and body into pure bliss.
The combination of both Reiki and Sound Healing can elevate your relaxation, maximize your releasing experience and allow for deeper healing.
