Candle Light Reiki Circle + Soundbath

Join Ariana for a blissful evening that consists of reiki healing and sound meditation. Everyone will lay comfortably on their mat while Ariana guides the group through a relaxing meditation and channels reiki energy. We will finish the evening with a restorative sound bath which will include crystal bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum. Everyone will have the opportunity to pull cards and receive messages from their angels and spirit guides. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up your space and bring a mug for hot tea served afterward.

Sacred Gathering with AJ

Community, sound, hypnomeditation, journaling + ritual
When you arrive, you’ll intuitively choose the crystals you want to work with from the altar. We’ll join together in circle + connect in community.
We’ll go deep with some automatic writing + journaling.
We’ll discuss what comes up + what needs to be left behind + how we can move forward to take inspired action with clarity.
Then we’ll do an energy cleanse meditation with sound to help you process the ritual.
Bring a yoga mat/blanket if you want to lay down for the meditation/sound portion + something to add to the community altar to charge.
You’ll take home a morning ritual workbook to complete.
